Description:

[3062] Now controlled almost 50/50 by Clans Star Adder and Diamond Shark, Priori was once one of Clan Burrocks major worlds, prior to its Absorption by the Adders in 3058. Enraged that they had not been included in the Right of Absorption against their hated enemy, Clan Blood Spirit launched an unsanctioned attack of its own against Priori.

However, Khans Karianna Schmitt and Daryl Keller made one fateful error. In their blind desire to destroy Clan Burrock, they had forgotten that the Burrocks returned the Blood Spirits' hatred in full. Because of this, rather than the three-way battles they had expected, Star Adder and Burrock warriors joined forces more often than not to destroy the Blood Spirit units. Eventually forced to retreat, Khan Schmitt and her warriors vowed to make Clan Star Adder pay for its transgression in absorbing the Blood Spirits' enemy; transferring their age-long hatred of the Burrocks to a new foe.

During the battle the Spirits' flagship, the Carmine Justice, was destroyed by the Adders Black Lion-class WarShip Admiral William S. Preston.
