A series of heavy thunderstorms, however, provided the Clan warriors with convenient cover that allowed them to infiltrate several Elemental and OmniMechs Stars to hit the Thannhausen communication and command centers. The commander of the militia, a grizzled retiree from the old Lyran military, surrendered.
